  1. What are your fees?
    Normal 50 min session: $200
    EMDR or Outdoor 80 min session: $240

  2. Do you offer a sliding scale?
    Yes. I offer a sliding scale between $130-200 on a per needs basis. If you would like to request a lower fee, I’m happy to discuss that on our first consultation call.

  3. Do you offer teletherapy?
    Yes. Currently I am taking new clients via Telehealth which works nicely for many people. We discuss some variables to make the experience more immersive and healing for you.

  4. Do you offer in person therapy?

    Yes, I’ve opened up an office in downtown Santa Cruz at 520 Mission St. I have some in person openings and I also offer outdoor sessions in Henry Cowell and Natural Bridges State Parks in Santa Cruz County.

  5. Do you take insurance?

    I do not work directly with insurance companies. However, if you have an insurance plan with out-of-network benefits, you may be able to receive reimbursement for all or a portion of the therapy fee. If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, I will provide you with a monthly statement that you may submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.

  6. What is your cancellation policy?

    Appointments are scheduled on a weekly basis at a time specifically held for you. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for canceling an appointment. If you missed your session I will try and see if we can re-schedule for another time, otherwise you will be charged the full fee for the session.
